Jiangxi Shiji Industrial Co., Ltd., established in August 2013, is a core manufacturing subsidiary of Wenzhou Hualiou Footwear & Apparel Co., Ltd. Strategically located in Wenzhou Industrial Park, Duchang County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, Shiji operates as a modern footwear enterprise focusing on the large-scale production of high-quality fashionable women’s shoes, supported by an integrated system of manufacturing, domestic sales and export distribution.

Our parent company, Wenzhou Hualiou Footwear & Apparel Co., Ltd., is deeply rooted in Wenzhou, China’s renowned Shoe Capital. Officially founded in 2011 (with its predecessor leather shoe factory dating back to 2007), Hualiou is a national high-tech enterprise holding multiple independent patents. Equipped with three advanced shoe production lines in Wenzhou, it boasts an annual capacity of 1.8 million pairs of women’s shoes.

Hualiou functions as the Group’s R&D, design and global sales center, taking full responsibility for product design, technical innovation, brand operation and global customer acquisition. This structure empowers Shiji’s manufacturing base with cutting-edge patented technologies, seasoned design expertise and a mature, responsive supply chain.

At Shiji, we turn the Group’s designs into reality at scale. Our factory in Jiangxi covers over 7,000 square meters of standardized workshops and is run by a dedicated team of 366 skilled professionals. Since officially commencing production in 2014, we have steadily expanded our capabilities.

Integrated Sales System: By 2016, we successfully built a seamless system covering both domestic and international sales channels. Our products are sold across China and exported to global markets, with annual sales revenue reaching USD 7 million by 2017 and continuing to grow.

Quality-Driven Manufacturing: Guided by a people-oriented philosophy and the principles of lean operation and scientific innovation, we strictly control every manufacturing process and uphold rigorous quality standards. We ensure that every pair of shoes reflects over a decade of expertise inherited from Hualiou.
